Answer:

5x+10=110. (since opposite angles are equal)

=5x=110-10

=5x=100

=x=100/5=20

and 2y+10=180-110. (since angle opposite to this angle just lie adjacent to 110 and sum of adjacent angles is 180

hence, 2y +10=70

2y=70-10

=2y=60

=y=60/2=30

hence the value of x=20 and y =30
