area of square = 50*50=2500 m^2

P,Q,R,S is mid point and they form a quadrant ....therefore radius of each quadrant is 50/2= 25 m

ar. of total quadrants = 4* ((πr^2)/4)

I.e. π*625= 1963.49 m^2

then area of shaded portion= area of square - area of total quadrants = 2500-1963.49 =536.5 m^2
