in the figue ABCD is a square and EF parallel BD . PROVE BE = DF

arshadraza: miss sadhna it is not given that DB is angular bisector but it is because DC = BC ( side of square ) .
arshadraza: thrfr angle CDB = angle CBD . and this question is class for 9th and this question is came in my SA2 exams .

ABCD is a square ,
=> AB=BC=CD=DA,
=> BC=DC,
also, DB || EF, (given)
=> Distance between lines DB and EF is equal at every point.
Thus, DF=BE,

Hence Proved...
