According to the diagram if we divided the triangle into two parts

then the length will be divide in two equal parts l/2

Now the mass of the ball is m and let the height is h

then sinθ = l/2/h = l/2l = 1/2, θ= 30°

Therefore T1sin30° = mg + T2sin30°

              => T1/2 - T2/2 = mg

              => T1 - T2 = 2 mg

               => T1 = 2mg + T2

Therefore it can be said that T1>T2
