Line DE contains line segment BE. Since AB and CD are parallel and they intersect with DE, then what ever angles they make with DE are congruent. Therefore angles ABE and CDE are congruent and corresponding, since they are in the same position on the parallel lines(above the horizontal line to the left of the vertical line). So since BF abd DG bisect angle ABE and angle CDE, congruent angles that are corresponding, they MUST be parallel to each other. That will always be true.
