Explanation :-

According to the figure..

AR = 4

BR = 3

AC = 11

To find;

BC

According to the theorem of Tangents..

According to the theorem of Tangents..Tangents drawn from a outer point of circle are always be equal.

Then.

AR = AQ

BR = BP

CP = CQ

Now,

=> AR = AQ = 4 units.

=> BR = BP = 3 units.

=> CQ = AC - AQ = 11 - 4 = 7

=> CQ = CP = 7 units.

=> BC = BP + CP = 3 + 7 = 10 units.

\boxed{=> BC = 10 \:Units}
