triangle FCB and parallelogram ABCD are on the same base BC and lie between same parallel BC and AD

therefore, area(FCB) =1/2ABCD - 1

triangle ABEand parallelogram ABCD are on the same base AB lie parallel between AB and DC

therefore,area(ABE) =1/2ABCD - 2

from equation 1 and 2

area (FCB) =area (AEB)

ABE = 16 cm ^2

therefore, FCB =16cm^2
