In the figure ABCD is trapezium. Diagonals AC and BD intresect at m. Area of triangle ABC is 24 cm square and area of triangle AMD is 10 cm square

1-find the area of triangle BMC
2-how much is area of triangle AMD? Write the reason

since all triangle with the same base

and the 3rd vertex on a line parallel to

the base have the same area,

triangle ACB = triangle ADB

triangle AMB =10cm (common to both

triangle ACB and ADB)

so, ACB-AMB =14cm

ADB-AMB =14cm
