We know that sum of opposite angle of cyclic quadrilateral is supplementary

so.

= PRS +RQP=180

=110+RQP=180

=RQP=70

now ,

angle sum property of triangle

QRP+RPQ+RQP=180

RPQ=180-(70+65)

RPQ=180-135

RPQ=45
