Radius of mini circles: 3.5

Radius of whole circle: 10.5

area of whole circle:346.36 cm divide by two because its a semicircle.

area of semi circle:173.18

area of small mini circle:38.48 divide by two because its a semicircle.

if you you look carefully, you can move the outward mini circle to one of the hollow mini circles

now simply subtract your whole semicircle with your mini semicircle and you'll get the answer.
