y = 2x + 30 (OPPOSITE SIDES)

AOC = BOD ( OPPOSITE SIDES)

5x + 5a = 5y/2

5x + 5a = 5 (2x +30) /2

5x + 5a = 10x + 150 / 2

2(5x + 5a) = 10x + 150

10x + 10a = 10x +150

10a = 150

a = 150/10

a = 15

Hense Value of a is 15
