In the figure as the current changes in the coil-1 the galvanometer connected to coil-2 shows deflection. Explain the phenomenon that causes this effect. Name and state the law used to know the direction of current in the device that work due to this Phenomenon?

Phenomenon is electromagnetic induction.

The law is Fleming right hand thumb rule which states that if you stretch your thumb, first finger and the middle finger in such a way that they are mutually perpendicular to each other then the thumb point to the direction of the force , but the first finger point to the direction of the magnetic field, then the middle finger point to the direction of the induced current.
