Given,

m(arc BYD)=170

m(arc PRQ)=65

we use the formula,

∠ = 1/2 × (m arc)

Inscribed angle is half the measure on inscribed arc.

a) m ∠ BCD

∠ BCD = 1/2 × (m arc BYD)

∠ BCD = 1/2 × 170°

∠ BCD = 85°

∴ m ∠ BCD = 85°

b) m ∠ BAD

∠ BAD = 1/2 × (m arc PRQ)

∠ BAD = 1/2 × 65°

∠ BAD = 32.5°

∴ m ∠ BAD = 32.5°

c) m ∠ ABC

In Δ ABC,

∠ A + ∠ B + ∠ C = 180°

∠ A = 32.5°         (result of (b) )

∠ C = 90°            (from figure)

⇒ 32.5° + ∠ B + 90°  = 180°

⇒ 122.5° + ∠ B = 180°

⇒ ∠ B = 180° - 122.5°

⇒ ∠ B = 57.5°

∴ m ∠ ABC = 57.5°
