Given :-

  • Radius of circle with centre O = 3 cm .
  • ∠POQ = 60° .

To Find :-

  • What is the length of the arc bounded by central angle POQ ?

Solution :-

we know that,

  • Length of arc = (Angle at centre/360°) * 2 * π * radius .

so, putting given values we get,

→ Length of arc = (60/360) * 2 * π * 3

→ Length of arc = (1/6) * 6π

→ Length of arc = π = 3.14 cm (Ans.)
