ON ⊥ CD

Two equal chords of a circle are equidistant from the center of the circle.

⇒ OM = ON

In ΔMON,

MO = ON ⇒ ΔMON is isosceles.

∠OMN = ∠ONM  (∵Angles opposite to equal sides of isosceles Δ)
