I am naming the figure as follows for better understanding

Angle A = 70°

Angle B = 80°

Angle C = c

Angle D = d

Angle adjacent to Angle D will be Angle E

Hope you are able to understand

Angle E = 90° (given)

Angle E + Angle D = 180° (Linear Pair)

90° + Angle D = 180°

Angle D = 180° - 90°

Angle D = 90°

Now in Quadrilateral ABCD

Angle A+Angle B+Angle C+Angle D = 360°

(Angle Sum Property of a Quadrilateral)

70° + 80° + c + 90° = 360°

c + 240° = 360°

c = 360° - 240°

c = 120°

So measure of required Angle C is 120°

Hope this helps and If it did do tell me
