Therefore angle B = 180° - (40°+90°)
B = 50°
Then in triangle EDB
Apply ASP
100°+50°+ angle D = 180°
D = 180°- (100+50)
D = 30°
Therefore x = 30°
applying angle sum property
40°+90°+angle B = 180°
