In triangle ABC
applying angle sum property
40°+90°+angle B = 180°
Therefore angle B = 180° - (40°+90°)
B = 50°

Then in triangle EDB
Apply ASP
100°+50°+ angle D = 180°
D = 180°- (100+50)
D = 30°
Therefore x = 30°

In triangle ABC, by Angle Sum Property,

40° + 90° + angle ABC= 180°

130° + angle ABC = 180°

angle ABC = 180° - 130° = 50°

In triangle BED, by Angle Sum Property,

100° + x + 50° = 180°

150° + x = 180°

x = 180° - 150°

x = 30°
