You have to upload the figure for answering your question anyway according to your question

You can find out the perimeter of the final figure by calculating the perimeter of rectangle and and then add the perimeter of circle of 2m radius as 4 quadrant of 2m radius make the full circle

Now subtract the 2x8= 16m from the resulting answer from addition of the perimeter of rectangle amd circle of 2m radius

That will be the perimeter of the resulting figure

Now for the area you can simply subtract the area of circle of radius 2m from the area of the given rectangle

i.e.

Area of the final figure = area of rectangle- area of circle of 2m radius
