Answer:

3a=b

  1. if the sum of angles X and y is 180,the sum of a and b is 180 to
  2. y×3 is x therefore 180 divided by 4 and ans will be y and y×3=45×3=135
  3. y=45
  4. X=135
  5. so A is the opposite angle of Y therefore measure of angle A and Y are same
  6. and B and X are opposite angles so their measures will be also same

Answer:

x=3y

3y+y=180( being linear pair)

4y=180

y=180/4

y=45

a=y( being vertically opposite angle)

a=45 Ans

a+b=180 ( being linear pair)

45+b=180

b=180-45

b=135 Ans
