Since AB = AC

angle B = angle C (angles opposite to equal sides are equal)

B = 2A (Given)

angle A = B/2

B + C + A = 180 (angle sum property of ∆)

B + B + B/2 = 180

2B + B/2 = 180

(4B + B)/2 = 180

5B = 360

angle B = 360/5 = 72

angle B = 72

angle C = 72

angle A = 72/2 = 36
