In the figure given below AB=DC and AC=DB. Is triangle ABC ~=triangle DCB.

yes Triangle ABC~=traingle DCB by sss congruence property.

because:

AB=DC(GIVEN)

AC=DB (GIVEN)

BC=BC (COMMON)

hence triangle abc is congruence to triangle dcb.

In ∆'s ABC & DCB,
AB=DC (given)
AC=DB (given)
BC=BC ( same base)
Then, by SSS congruence
∆ABC~=∆DCB
