X is 44 degrees and Y is 136 Degrees.

1) BE and AF are intersecting lines. Hence, angle EFC would be equal to angle ACB by being opposite angles on intersection. Hence, angle ACB = 92 degrees.

2) In triangle ABC, sum of all angles would be 180 degrees.

3) And AC = BC, so angle A would be equal to angle B.

4) A+ B+ C = 180 => A+A+92 = 180 degrees.

This gives angle X to be 44 degrees.

5) Also, angle B would be 44 degrees, since A= B.

6) Angle ABC + Angle DBC = 180, since both are on the same straight line.

7) Hence, Angle Y would be equal to 180-44 = 136 degrees.
