The potential difference (V) across the points to which the resistors are connected remains constant. Now since 0.3 A current flows through the 20 ohm resistor, so the potential difference V = IR = (0.3*20) V = 6 V. Therefore, current flowing through the 15 ohm resistor = V/R = 6 / 15 A = 2/5 A = 0.4 A. Also, the current gets divided in the resistors, so current flowing through R = 0.8 - 0.3 - 0.4 A = 0.1 A. So, the resistance R = V/I = 6/0.1 ohm = 60 ohm.
