14=5+DE

14-5=DE

9=DE

In triangle CDA

BC=AD=5

CA=13      by Pythagoras theorem:

h^2=p^2+b^2\\(13)^2=p^2+(5)^2\\169=p^2+25\\p^2=169-25\\p^2=144\\p=\sqrt{144}\\\p=12

AB=12

DE=9

In triangle DEC    By Pythagoras theorem:

h^2=p^2+b^2\\h^2=(9)^2+(12)^2\\h^2=81+144\\h=\sqrt{225}\\h=15

tan theta = \frac{p}{b}=\frac{9}{12}=\frac{3}{4}
