Given : triangle POQ similar to triangle SOR  and PQ:RS=1:2

To find : OP:OS

Solution:

ΔPOQ ≈ ΔSOR

=> PO/SO  = OQ/OR = PQ/SR

=> OP/OS =  PQ/RS

PQ:RS=1:2

=> PQ/RS= 1/2

=>  OP/OS =  1/2

=> OP : OS = 1 : 2

option A is correct
