Given -

angle AOC + angle BOE =70°

angle BOD = 40°

Since , AB and CD are interesting each other at O.

Therefore, angle AOC = angle BOD = 40° ( Vertically opposite angle)

Since, Ab is a straight line -

angle AOC+ angle COE + angle BOE =180°

angle COE +70° = 180°

angle COE =180°- 70°

= 110°

Therefore, reflex angle COE = 360°-110°

= 250°

angle AOC+ angle BOE =70°

40° + angle BOE = 70°

therefore angle BOE= 70°-40°

=30° answer
