we know that ,

sum of interior angles of same side of the

transversal = 180°

2x - 8 + 3x - 7 = 180

5x - 15 = 180

5x = 180 + 15

5x = 195

x = 195 / 5

x = 39

Therefore ,

2x - 8 =( 2 × 39 ) -8

= 78 - 8

= 70°

3x - 7 = ( 3 × 39 ) - 7

= 117 - 7

= 110°
