in the figure<AOB and < COD are not adjacent angles. why? Give reason​

∠AOB and ∠COD are not adjacent.

Adjacent angles means that two angles which have a common arm. In simple words, it means that if two angles are touching each other on the basis of their arms or sides, then they are called adjacent angles.

But here, you can see their arms are not touching each other. That's why they are not adjacent.
