From rows 4 and 6

=>  y + 29 + y + 29 = 68

=> 2y + 58 = 68

=> 2y = 10

=> y = 10

From rows 3 and 4

=>  16 + 9 + x = y + 29

=>  25 + x = 34

=>  x = 9              

From the above calculations,

=> x - y = 10 - 9 = 1

The value x - y = 1
