in the figure "O" is the centre . Angle POQ = 70 degree and PS perpendicular to OQ . Find angle MQS.

angle m=90degree,angle p=180-70+90=20degree p=s=20degree so mqs=180-90+20=70degree

anglePSQ= 2× angle POQ ( The angle subtended by the chord at the centre is double the angle subtended anywhere in the circle by that chord)
therefore, angle PSQ- 2×70° = 140°
In triangle SMQ-
angle( SMQ + SQM + MSQ ) = 180° ( Angle sum property )
Angle MQS = 55°
