in the figure ,O is the centre of the circle .OM = 3 cm and AB = 8 cm . Find the radius of the circle

OM=3cm
AB=8cm =>AM=MB = 4cm
using Pythagoras theorem in ∆AOM,
AO²=AM²+OM²
AO²=4²+3²
AO=√(16+9)=√25 = 5cm
Radius is 5 cm
