area of the rectangle is =10*4= 40

and we know that a triangle and a parallelogram are having same base and inbetween same parallel lines, the area of triangle = 1/2( area of parallelogram)

so PQRS is a parallelogram

so area of PTQ and PUQ will be same and that will be =1/2(40)= 20cm^2
