Answer:

A) area of rectangle = 10x3 = 30cm².

b) area of the triangle QPS = 1/2(10)(3) = 15cm²

c) since triangle QPS and triangle PTQ are on the same base PQ and btw same parallel lines, PQ and RS, area of the triangle QPS is equal to area of the triangle PTQ.

Therefore, area of the triangle PTQ = 15cm²

d)since triangle QPS and triangle PUQ are on the same base PQ and btw same parallel lines, PQ and RS, area of the triangle QPS is equal to area of the triangle PUQ.

Therefore, area of the triangle PUQ = 15cm²

e)If base = b, height = h, area of a triangle =1/2 bh
