ABC is a triangle and DEF is other triangle.
so,
by angle sum property,
<A+<B+<C = 180 - (1)
and,
<E+<F+<G = 180 - (2)
now,
add (1) and (2)
<A+<B+<C+<D+<E+<F = 180+180
<A+<B+<C+<D+<E+<F = 360
hence proved
