first of all, we should find coefficient of friction. because angle of friction, , where is coefficient of friction.
horizontal component of 100N = 100cos37° = 100 × 4/5 = 80N
vertical component of 100N = 100sin37°
= 100 × 3/5 = 60N
now, in horizontal direction
at equilibrium,
fr = horizontal component of 100N
or, F = 80 , here F is normal reaction between block and surface.
in vertical direction
at equilibrium,
F = weight of body + vertical component of 100N
= 10 kg × 10m/s² + 60N
= 160N
now, × 160 = 80
or, = 1/2
now angle of friction = tan^-1(1/2) = 26.57°
