In the figure ,the parallel line L and M are cut by transversal n. if angle 1 and angle 2 are (5x- 10 ) and (3x+ 10)dgree respectively, then find the measures of angle 1 and angle 2.

You hadn't given the figure but I had understand what you're talking about the figure is in the attachment

If
angle \: 1 + angle \: 2 = 180 \: (linear \: pair) \\5x - 10 + 3x + 10 = 180 \\ 8x = 180 \\ x =  \frac{180}{8}  = 22.5
so the measurements must be

angle \: 1 = 5x - 10 = 5 \times 22.5 - 10 = 102.5 \\ angle2 = 3 \times 22.5 + 10 = 77.5
