i1 = 8 Amperes

Taking KCL in 2nd loop

10i2 - 10i1 + Ri2 = 0

10 (2) - 10 (8) + R (2) = 0

20 - 80 + 2R = 0

2R - 60 = 0

2R = 60

R = 30 ohms
