See in the first ten overs the run rate was 3.2 it means that 3.2 × 10 = 32 runs were scored in 10 overs.
Target is 282, so 282 - 32 = 250
250 more runs have to be scored.
So run rate should be
 \frac{250}{40} = 6.25
