Whenever a card is flicked with a push, it will move with as much speed of the flick involved.

Such a movement ensures thhe First Law of Motion. According to this law, an object will remain stationary until an external force acts on it.

Once an external force acts on it, it will move withthe same speed on the basis of force of flick involved.
