You might know that sum of all angles of a triangle is 180 degree

60 +45+ angle a=180

105+angle a= 180

angle a= 75 degree

also linear pair ie angles on a same line have a sum of 180

angle z=180-45(linear pair)= 135

angle x=120(linear pair)

angle y=105(linear pair)

x+y+z= 180+105+120=405
