<x = 60°

Because of Exterior opposite angles

= <y + <x = 120

= 60 + <x = 120

= <x = 120 - 60

= <x = 60°

Or we can find like this,

We know , <a + 120 = 180° .Because of Linear pair

So,

<a = 180 - 120

<a = 60°

Then,

<x + <a + <y = 180°. Because of Angle Sum Property.

<x = 180 - (60+60)

<x = 180 - 120

<x = 60°.

So, here we have 2 ways to find the angles of triangle.

So, <x = 60°.
