AD=3x

BC=15

DC=21

AB=2y-1

TO FIND:

x and y

SOLUTION:

We know that opposite sides of a parallelogram are equal then,

AD=BC                        AB=DC⇒2y-1=21

3x=15                          2y=22

⇒x=5                     ⇒y=11
