Let's name the quadrilateral as ABCD.

angle CDA = 180 - 55 = 125°

angle DCB = 180 - 130 = 50°

In quadrilateral ABCD,

ABC + BCD + CDA + DAB = 360°

••> ABC + 50 + 125 + 90 = 360°

••> ABC + 265 = 360°

••> ABC = 360 - 265

••> ABC = 95°

Therefore,

y + ABC = 180°

••> y + 95 = 180°

••> y = 180 - 95

••> y = 85°
