Active-Paasive Voice

There are two type of voice in grammer

  • Active voice
  • Passive voice

Active voice -

When the subject of the verb given in the sentence perform any action , then the verb is said to be in Active voice .

Passive voice -

When he subject of the given verb receives an action , then verb is said tobe in assive voice .

Rules :

The sentence is in activeForm:- has'have+sub+v3+object?

To change in passive voice :

has/have+ object+been+v3+ by+sub

We were astonished at his success.

2. He will oblige me

I shall be obliged to him.

3. His condition disappointed me .

I was disappointed with his condition.
