HEY HERE'S THE ANSWER ⏬

◆ According to the question Element "D" does not belong to the other elements .
◆ Element D has the electronic configuration 2,8 . Therefore , it is a noble gas and doesn't require any other element to combine with it to become a stable atom .
◆ Element D is Neon (10) and hence a noble gas .
[ Here 10 in the bracket is the atomic number ]
