in the formation of a solution heat is either and a homogeneous material produced . still a solution is not taken as a compound . how do you justify it

because in preparation of solution there is no fixed proportion of Thier mass.and also they have no defnite formula so a solution in neither taken as a compound but it is taken as mixture.

A compound has a fixed proportion by mass and a fixed formula but such solutions do not possessed those formula and proportionality. Hence, it cannot be taken as a compound.
