for finding PR=we use sin∅ ratio

put sin 30⁰=Perpendicular/hypotenuse

we know that sin30⁰=1/2

so

1/2=8/hypotenuse

by cross multiplication

so hypotenuse=8×2

16

and we see that hypotenuse=PR

so PR=16

know we can use Pythagoras theorem or tan30⁰,cos30⁰or sec30⁰ or cot 30⁰

but I solve it by tan ratio

tan30⁰=perpendicular/base

1/√3=8/QR

by cross multiplication

QR=8√3
