In the given circuit diagram find the equivalent resistance

and current drawn from the battery of 3 volt.​

Explanation:

As R1 ,R2and R3 are in series therefore R1+R2+R3=30ohm

And then R4 and 30ohm is in parallel therefore,

Equivalent resistance =

1/R = 1/10 + 1/30

R= 10×30/10+30

=300/40

=7.5 ohm

Current= V/R

= 3/30/4

=3×4/30

=12/30

=0.4 Ampere

all the resistors are of same resistance =10ohm

R1+R2

10+10=20ohm

same for both

now they are in the parallel combination

1/R=1/R5+1/R6

1/R=1/20+1/20

1/R=2/20

1/R=10

R=10ohm

by ohms law

v=ir

3=i x 10

3/10=i
