In the given figure 10.35 ,name the edges of the adjoining cube which is parallel to-
i. AB ii. EH iii. AE
iv. What is the point of intersection of AE and AE?
v.Are the edges AB and DH parallel to each other? Why?
vi. Are edges EF and BC parallel?

(i) The edge of the above given adjoining cube which is parallel to AB is EF.

(ii) The edge of the above given adjoining cube which is parallel to EH is FG.

(iii) The edge of the above given adjoining cube which is parallel to AE is BF.

(iv) I think the question have typing mistake. If you want to know about the point of intersection of AE and AD, then it is AB which intersects at point A.

(v) No dear they are not parallel. Parallel means two lines will not criss-cross (intersect) each other at any angles. But, here they intersected at an angle of 90°, which means they are not parallel with each other.

(vi) No dear they are also not parallel because if we observe their constructions, they look different from one another. We can easily understand by looking into the figure about parallel lines.
