Given that a+b =180 degrees and a - b = 1/3 * 90 = 30 degrees

On solving both we get

a  + b = 180
a  -  b =  30
----------------

2a = 210

a = 105

Substitute value of a in a + b = 180 we get

                           b = 180 - 105

                               = 75

So a and b values are 105 and 75.

Hope this helps!

one third of right angle = 1/3 × 90° => 30°
let angle b be x
then , angle a = x+30°

angle a and b form a linear pair

a+b = 180°
x+x+30° = 180°
2x = 180°-30° => 150°

x = 150°/2 => 75°
Angle b = 75°
angle a = x+30° => 75°+30° => 105°

hope this helps
